Vocational training
We equip young people and women in underserved Ghanaian communities with marketable skills, tools, and apprenticeships — the foundation of an income that lasts.
Why this matters
Ghana faces persistent youth unemployment and limited access to vocational training, especially outside the major cities. We meet that gap at community level — partnering with local trainers, master craftsmen, and TVET institutions to make practical skills real and reachable.
How we work
Each cohort is built around evidence-based, cost-effective interventions. We mobilise local resources, run capacity-building workshops, and place trainees with employers or seed their own micro-enterprises.
- Community engagement and needs assessment
- Skills training in priority trades
- Tools, kits, and starter equipment for graduates
- Mentorship and post-training follow-up
Where we are headed
Our 3–5 year target is to train and equip at least 1,000 youth and women, with measurable reductions in unemployment in the communities where we work.
